I know how challenging it can be to live, work, and relate to others while trying to manage pain. I also know that change is possible and that it is possible to thrive with chronic pain because I have done just that. 
 
My goal as your health coach is to be your ally and to partner with you as you navigate life with chronic illness. 
 
Perhaps you’ve recently been diagnosed with a herniated disc, and you’re still processing all this change.
 
Or maybe you are tired of the conventional healthcare system telling you there’s nothing physically wrong with you and it’s all in your head.
 
You may have heard that changing your diet and lifestyle can help, but you don’t know where to start.
 
You might be having a hard time incorporating movement back into your life or sleeping comfortably.
 
You may be feeling stressed, overwhelmed and are in need of support and assistance in taking control of your treatment.

What is a health coach? 

I will guide you as you find your unique path to health. You are whole and completely capable of knowing what is best for you. As your health coach, I will partner with you as you explore your vision of health, as you identify the challenges you are currently facing, and together we will find solutions to them that will get you closer to your vision for health. The goal is to find your unique definition of thriving with chronic illness and working together to get you there.
 
Here’s what to expect from me as your health coach:

  • I will EMPOWER you to discover the knowledge and strengths that will lead you there.
  • I will ENCOURAGE you to create solutions to the health challenges you face.
  • I will SUPPORT you with empathy and without judgment.
  • I will HOLD you accountable to the goals you’ve set for your health.
 

Why is this so important?

Because making real, lasting lifestyle and behavioral changes isn’t as easy as turning on a switch. It’s a process of uncovering what works for YOU. And partnering with someone who has been where you are, someone who can support you through this change, can make your efforts more successful.

Working with me is a commitment to yourself to make consistent incremental changes in the direction of your goals. Not everybody’s goals or journey is the same. Some are quick to make strides and others are slower. I work along side you at your pace, while offering encouragement, reinforcement, and accountability along the way.
 
That said, the process takes time. There is no magic pill. There is no prescribed system. Each session is completely focused on you and what you’d like to experiment around to gain clarity, insights, strength, and consistency toward change.  You will have small successes along the way, and possibly a setback or two. You’re human and these experiments are all a part of learning.
 
You can expect to meet with me over Zoom weekly or bi-weekly for a minimum of 3 months. 
 
The initial assessment review session is 90 minutes and all following sessions are 50 minutes.
 
Weekly Package $800 (12 sessions)
1 – 90 min assessment and 11 – 50 min sessions over 3 months
 
Bi Weekly Package $450 (6 sessions)
1 – 90 min assessment and 5 – 50 min sessions over 3 months
 

After the initial package is used, sessions may be booked à la carte at $85 per 50 min session.
