Flare Care Cards

In a pain flare it can be hard to remember how to create a sense of calm and safety in the body. We forget our tools. Flare Care Cards include helpful exercises, resources, and reminders to bring our brains and bodies into better balance to reduce pain.

Flare Care Cards include 32 cards with 3 different designs and sets with in the deck. 

    • Meditation and Breathing exercises
    • Body Awareness exercises
    • Don’t Panic cards with simple reminders and phrases to shift your thought process.

Focus on one set at a time or draw a card at random. There’s no one right way to use them.
