Decem-brrrrr is upon us Reader!

When it gets cold it’s time to go inside!

Yes. I mean indoors, but I also mean inside your body. We spend so much time distracting from, running from, and pushing away from our own somatic and emotional experience. When it gets cold and dark, we have the ability to come home to ourselves. It takes a little coaxing, and it takes a little practice, but it is the very thing we need most. To befriend our body and learn to listen to its murmurings.

Enjoy this beautiful practice of heart centered breathing in order to go inside your own felt experience.
